1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WeJoinAndSave.com platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users including members, business partners, and investors.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of a supported jurisdiction to use this Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration & Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Platform Credits & Wallet
Credits issued by the Platform ($10 welcome credits and referral rewards) are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be redeemed for eligible offers and experiences on the Platform. Credits expire 12 months from issuance unless otherwise stated.
5. Partner & Business Terms
Business partners agree to honor all listed offers and discounts for verified Platform members. Partner subscriptions are billed monthly and subject to our refund policy. Partners grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display their listings, logos, and promotional materials.
6. Purchases & Transactions
All purchases made through the Platform are subject to the specific terms of each offer. The Platform acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the fulfillment of partner offers. Disputes regarding offer quality should be directed to the respective business partner.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to circumvent security measures; (c) create fraudulent accounts; (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; (e) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on the Platform is the exclusive property of WeJoinAndSave.com or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to Platform credits and benefits will be forfeited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeJoinAndSave.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
