We also automatically collect usage data including pages visited, offers viewed, events attended, QR scans, messages sent, and actions taken on the Platform. Location data is collected only with your explicit consent for nearby recommendations.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) provide and personalize the Platform experience; (b) match you with relevant offers and events using our AI personality-matching engine; (c) process transactions securely; (d) send you marketing communications with your consent; (e) improve our services and develop new features; (f) ensure platform safety and prevent fraud; (g) comply with legal obligations.
3. Personality Quiz Results & Behavioral Data
Your personality quiz responses and behavioral interaction logs are used exclusively to improve your experience on the Platform. This includes: matching you with relevant offers and events, providing partners with aggregate (non-identifying) audience insights, and improving our recommendation algorithms. Your individual personality profile is never sold to third parties. Partners receive only aggregated, anonymized data about their audience — never your individual quiz responses.
4. Interaction Logs & Activity Data
We log your interactions on the Platform — offers claimed, events attended, messages sent, referrals made, and wallet transactions. This data is used to: calculate your rewards and credits, provide transaction history, prevent fraud and abuse, generate platform analytics, and improve matching algorithms. Interaction logs are retained for the lifetime of your account and deleted within 90 days of account closure.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including: 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, PCI DSS compliant payment processing (card data never touches our servers), regular security audits and penetration testing, role-based access controls for staff, and automated threat detection. Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
6. Sharing with Business Partners
When you claim an offer or RSVP to an event, the relevant business partner receives limited information: your member tier (Free/Standard/Premium), personality type (general category only), and first name. We never share your email, phone number, full name, or payment details with partners without your explicit consent. All partner access to data is logged and audited.
7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to: remember your preferences and login session, analyze Platform usage patterns, deliver personalized content and recommendations, and measure the effectiveness of our features. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some Platform functionality.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your profile data within 30 days and anonymize or delete interaction logs within 90 days. Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations. You may request a copy of your data or deletion at any time.

We use trusted third-party services: Base44 Payments (payment processing, PCI DSS compliant), Google (analytics and calendar integration), and email service providers. Each operates under their own privacy policies. We never sell your data to any third party under any circumstances.
